This powerful page gives full access to all members in a community to admins, including members whose profiles are not listed in the directory.
Here's what each of the statuses mean:
- Active - The member shows up in the directory, can log in, and can post.
- Admin - An active member who has full admin controls over members and settings.
- Hidden - The member profile was flagged by moderation so it is removed from the directory , and you must un-hide it (or deactivate it). The member can still log in and post.
- Deactivated - Member cannot sign in, and receives no emails from Booklet. They are not listed from the directory, but their old posts and replies are still visible and their profile is discoverable.
- Unconfirmed - Member started to sign up for your community through the open registrations page, but didn't finish setting up their account. They do not receive any emails and do not show up in the directory. They can become "Active" by signing in for the first time.
- Invited - This member was invited to join by an admin. They do not receive any emails and do not show up in the directory. They can become "Active" by signing in for the first time and completing their profile.
- Subscribed - This member was invited to join your community. They do receive the newsletter from the community, but do not show up in the directory until they sign in for the first time and finish their profile.
Here are some actions you can take from that page using the dropdownmenu at the end of each row:
- Grant or revoke Admin access to other users
- Deactivate users, which turns off emails and stops them from logging in.
- Delete a user and and all of their data, which removes all data - including posts, replies, profile, and analytics. (To prevent accidental deletion, you need to deactivate a user before seeing this option.)
- Un-hide members
- Edit profiles
- More coming soon!
